Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist at Gerber Hospital in Fremont, MI. The role provides therapy to patients per medical direction and includes patient and caregiver education, plus arranging adaptive equipment as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in OT from an accredited program.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Michigan on hire.
• NBCOT certification for OTR on hire.
• Michigan driver's license required.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) within 90 days.
• Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) preferred.

Standard Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred
