Job summary

Corewell Health Corporate is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide therapy to patients under medical direction at the Big Rapids site. The role includes patient and caregiver education and arranging adaptive equipment as needed.

Required licensure for Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; a Master’s degree is preferred and 6 months of related experience is desirable. A sign-on bonus of $1000 is offered for external hires, with on-site scheduling in Day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• MI State license as Physical Therapist upon hire.
• MI driver's license upon hire.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Educates patients and caregivers and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or


• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
