Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist at Ludington Hospital to provide patient-focused therapy under medical direction. You will educate patients and caregivers and arrange adaptive equipment as needed.

The role requires MI licensure and may require BLS certification; a sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available for external hires. Day shift; 4 weekly hours; located at Ludington, MI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC 90 Days required
