Job summary

Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN work. You will evaluate and treat residents to improve ADLs and independence, collaborating with physicians and families to deliver high-quality care.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to grow into full-time or leadership roles, and a supportive rehab team within the largest SC network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina (required).
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Maintain continuing education and good standing with the State Board.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team members.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Conduct staff education and in-service training.

Position Summary

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and regain independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional independence
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
