Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) for PRN work. You will evaluate and treat residents to improve daily activities and independence, collaborating with physicians and families in our 103-bed facility.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, reliable hours, and opportunities to grow into full-time or leadership positions within South Carolina's largest rehab network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; master's or doctorate preferred.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina OT license required.
• Continued education compliance and good standing with State Board.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team members
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning
• Conduct staff education and in-service training

Position Summary

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR), you will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities, restore functional independence, and enhance overall quality of life. You will collaborate closely with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional independence
