Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's required; Masters or Doctorate preferred).
• Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (required).
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification (if required by licensure).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and care team members

• Provide education and guidance to residents and staff
