Job summary

Desert Springs Post Acute is transitioning to Willow Springs Post Acute and expanding its rehabilitation team. We are seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and function after illness, injury, or surgery.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions while collaborating with nurses, physicians, and families.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Ability to develop meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Address functional limitations related to daily living activities.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and physician teams; maintain documentation.
