Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join Desert Blossom Post Acute in Mesa, AZ. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, and deliver skilled therapy to promote independence in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

New grads are welcome, with mentorship and growth opportunities. This full-time, in-person role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive environment focused on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
