Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join their growing team in a perm/direct hire assignment. The role requires licensure as an OT and CPR certification, with care plans developed per physician orders.

The OT will assess patient needs, plan and modify interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This position includes Early Intervention within Centra's network.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an OT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program.

Responsibilities
