Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled nursing facility/long term care team in the United States. This is a direct hire, permanent position that supports implementing organizational goals and patient-centered OT interventions.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, current state OT licensure (or in process), and CPR certification.
