Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OT for a perm/direct-hire position. The role includes providing skilled OT services, planning and modifying care per physician orders, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position also encompasses Early Intervention within diverse settings across the United States. Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited OT program, hold a current state OT license (or are in the licensure process) and maintain CPR

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state OT license or actively in application for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan and modify OT care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment!

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
