Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT for a permanent, direct-hire assignment. The role includes providing skilled OT services, assessing needs, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, with Early Intervention included where applicable.

Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited OT program, hold a current state license or are pursuing licensure, and maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services as ordered by physicians.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
• Includes Early Intervention.

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement and adjust OT interventions.
• Collaborate with the care team to set and meet patient goals.

• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
