Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a direct hire in a Skilled Nursing Facility in California. Open to experienced or new graduates. Typical day schedule with patient-focused OT care.

You will provide skilled OT services, assess patient needs, collaborate with the care team, and ensure goals are met according to physician orders. Active OT license and CPR certification are required or in process.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
