Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) team. This direct hire, permanent role offers a daytime schedule and stability.

You should have graduated from an accredited OT program, hold a current OT license or be in process, and maintain CPR certification. You will provide skilled OT services, assess patient needs, and collaborate with all disciplines to meet care goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license or actively pursuing licensure for OT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
