Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Illinois per IDFPR.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days per AHA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers OT treatment plans to alleviate pain, restore function, prevent disabilities, and promote health.
• Designs and adjusts plans of care based on patient response and evidence.
• Educates patients, families, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Documents assessments, care plans, and progress in accordance with standards.
• Acts as a clinical instructor when assigned and supports team learning.
