Sprenger Health Care Systems is seeking an in-house Occupational Therapist (OTR) to deliver patient-centered care across its SNF settings. You’ll evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans with families and the care team, and focus on restoring function and independence.

As part of a clinician-led group, you’ll supervise COTA staff when applicable, initiate referrals per policy, and document outcomes to support quality care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for OTR.
• Current OT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
