Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems in Ohio, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to deliver patient-centered care within our in-house model. You will evaluate residents, create individualized plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to restore function and independence.

We value clinical autonomy, mentorship for new graduates, and a stable family-oriented culture across 12 facilities in Ohio and South Carolina.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• National Certification Examination for OTR completed or eligible.
• Current OT license or license-eligible in the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
• Conduct screenings to identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate per department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently to support quality outcomes.
