Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems. We offer an in-house, family-owned therapy model focused on patient-centered care and clinical autonomy.

This role supports residents in SNF settings across Ohio, with mentorship for new graduates and a strong emphasis on outcomes-driven care. You’ll evaluate residents, develop plans with families, supervise COTA staff, and ensure high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT license or licensure eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide OT services focused on restoring function, independence and quality of life.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
• Document care clearly to support quality outcomes.
