Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-house, patient-centered care in a Lorain, OH facility. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

  • Requires degree in Physical Therapy (BPT/MPT/DPT) and PT license/eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families and care team.
  • Provide PT services focused on mobility, strength, function and independence.
  • Perform screenings to identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
  • Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff.
  • Initiate referrals per department procedures.
  • Document care clearly to support quality outcomes.
