Highland Oaks Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our newly opened therapy department in McConnelsville, Ohio. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that help patients develop, recover, and perform daily activities.

You will educate patients and families on strategies to promote independence, participate in ongoing education, and maintain thorough records while staying current with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Highland Oaks Healthcare Center, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
