Highland Oaks Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our newly opened Therapy department. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans to help patients perform daily living activities and gain independence.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy

Your expertise will help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and work, such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal care. You will also educate patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies to promote independence and overall well-being.
