Job summary

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota is seeking an experienced In-House Part Time Occupational Therapist to join our SNF team. You will provide therapy services to residents, evaluate needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include supervising OTA, adhering to standards, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team. Requires bachelor's in OT, MN license or eligibility, and passing NBCOT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT.
• Current Minnesota OT license or license-eligible.

• Provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards.
• Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan with goals.
• Supervise and direct the Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the implementation of treatment plans.

Job responsibilities will include:

• To provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals
• To supervise and direct the Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the implementation of treatment plans

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT
• Current OT License (or is license-eligible) in Minnesota
