• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, cognitive, and sensory function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address residents' needs and goals
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions, including ADLs training, mobility and balance exercises, cognitive stimulation and memory strategies
• Adapt environments to promote accessibility and independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
• Document residents' progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to care plans
• Maintain knowledge of occupational therapy best practices and industry developments

• Document residents' progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
