Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking Occupational Therapists to join the largest inpatient rehab network in the country. You will work within a large interdisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, OT, and SLP, delivering patient care to a neuro-focused population with an average LOS around 22 days and a high return-to-home rate.

New grads are welcome, and we offer a mentorship program, tuition reimbursement up to $3,000/year, CEU budget, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.

About the Position

Come work at the largest inpatient rehab system in the country on a large interdisciplinary team of 5+ Physical Therapists, 5+ Physical Therapy Assistants, 5+ Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return-to-home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
