Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab hospital team in Chattanooga, TN. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care with a 5-patient-per-day expectation alongside a multidisciplinary team. New grads welcomed; experienced therapists valued.

You'll benefit from mentorship from our veteran therapists, relocation assistance of 2,500 USD, and tuition reimbursement up to 3,000 USD, plus medical/dental/life coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred.

About the Position:

Come work on a team of 5 Physical Therapists, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, 5 Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech-Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate.
