Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a 8 PTs, 8 OTs, and 4 SLPs team at a 75-bed Rehab Hospital in Nashville. You will treat a diverse 6-8 patients per day with average LOS 22 days and 85% home discharge rate.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered OT care.

About the Position:

Come work on a team of 8 PTs, 8 OTs, and 4 SLPs that see an average of 6-8 patients a day from a variety of patient diagnoses. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 85% return to home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
