Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a freestanding rehabilitation hospital in Texas. You will join a team of 12 PTs, 8 OTs and 5 SLPs, delivering 60-90 minute sessions and seeing 6-7 patients daily. Benefit-rich start-day-one with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 12 other PTs, 8 OTs & 5 SLPs + Support staff.
• 60 - 90 minute treatment sessions: see 6-7 patients per day.
