Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a large inpatient rehabilitation system serving neuro-focused patients. You'll work on an interdisciplinary team to deliver best-practice care in a setting with an average LOS of about 22 days and a high return-to-home rate.

New grads are welcome and will be supported by a mentorship program, a CEU budget, and a Medibridge account. Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year is included along with comprehensive health plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels; collaborative, servant-leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a large interdisciplinary team of therapists to deliver patient care.
• Provide therapy to neuro-focused population with current metrics (LOS ~22 days, 90% return-to-home).
• Serve as liaison with internal and external customers to coordinate care.

Come work at the largest inpatient rehab system in the country on a large interdisciplinary team of 5+ Physical Therapists, 5+ Physical Therapy Assistants, 5+ Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return-to-home rate.
