Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an 80-bed inpatient rehab hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Join a large interdisciplinary team and help patients during an average 22-day stay.

New grads are welcome and mentorship is provided; tuition reimbursement up to $3,000/year, a CEU budget and paid Medibridge account, comprehensive medical/dental/life insurance, and 4 weeks of PTO.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with a large interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy with emphasis on mobility and independence.

About the Position:

Come work at the largest inpatient rehab system in the country on a large interdisciplinary team of 5+ Physical Therapists, 5+ Physical Therapy Assistants, 5+ Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
