Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join a 50-bed rehab team, working with 7 Physical Therapists, 7 Occupational Therapists and 3 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients average 22 days with a 90% rate of discharge home, handling heavy stroke, TBI, SCI and multi-fracture trauma cases.

The role emphasizes a team-oriented culture, mentorship, and delivering exceptional patient care, with a strong servant-leader mindset and collaborative approach to care.

Inpatient Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
