Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a neuro-focused rehab team in Cookeville, TN. The position supports Parkinson’s, Stroke, TBI, spinal cord, orthopaedic, and cardiac patients with about five patients per day and a 75% productivity standard.

We offer mentorship from a strong team of therapists, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and final guidance for new grads and experienced therapists alike. 4 weeks PTO is included as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers.
• Collaborative, team building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to neuro-focused patients.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and SLPs to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality patient care with emphasis on functional outcomes.

About the Position

Come work on a team of 5 Physical Therapist, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, 5 Occupational Therapist, and 2 Speech Language Pathologist. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate.
