Job summary

InHome Therapy in Chicago is hiring full-time and part-time licensed Occupational Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in patients' homes in and around Downtown Chicago.

They offer flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, tablet and data plan, paid training, mentorship, and a strong clinical support system. Earn up to $15,000 through the milestone reward program and a per-visit rate of $65–$80, with additional weekly clinical excellence bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in home visits.
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set individualized goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65-80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
