InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around North Philadelphia. You will deliver in-home PT services, evaluating mobility, strength, and function to develop personalized goals.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Proficiency with technology (email, texting, EMR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain Medicare and agency documentation accurately and timely.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $75 per visit

Key Responsibilities

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
