Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home care for adults and geriatric patients around Northlake, IL. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, a stable caseload, mileage reimbursement, and hands-on mentorship.

Earn up to $15,000 through the Milestone Reward Program, plus weekly OT clinical excellence bonuses. Requires active OT license, BLS CPR, reliable transportation, and comfort with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70-80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

An active OT license is required to be considered for this position.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
