Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adults and seniors in and around Homewood, IL. The role offers a flexible schedule, steady caseload, and supportive team resources to help you deliver patient-centered care.

You will assess mobility and function to set individualized goals, implement rehab and therapeutic programs, educate patients and families, and maintain Medicare-compliant documentation in a home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
