Job summary

InHome Therapy in Rockford, IL, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home care for adults and seniors in the surrounding area. The role offers a flexible schedule, a steady caseload, and supportive clinical/administrative backing.

You must hold a current OT license and BLS CPR certification. Travel to client homes is required; training for EMR systems will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
