InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services to adults and seniors in the Chicago area, with flexible scheduling and a stable caseload. The role offers a Milestone Reward Program with up to $15,000 in career milestone payments and a per-visit compensation structure.

We provide tablet, data plan, and supplies, plus ongoing training, mentorship, and strong clinical support.

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Downtown Chicago. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65-80 per visit

• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Active OT license is required to be considered for this position.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
