Job summary

Shores of Worthington is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a part-time or PRN role at our residential health care facility. The position focuses on delivering high-quality OT services in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT (NBCOT).
• Current MN OT license (or is license-eligible).

• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Supervise and direct PTAs in implementing treatment plans.

Job responsibilities will include:

• To provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals
• To supervise and direct the Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in the implementation of treatment plans

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT
• Current OT License (or is license-eligible) in Minnesota
