Job summary

The Shores of Worthington is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for part-time or PRN status at our residential health care facility. You will provide OT services to residents in alignment with professional standards and contribute to an interdisciplinary team focused on quality care.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans with target lists and goals, and supervising PTAs in plan implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT.
• Current OT License (or is license-eligible) in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• To provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals
• To supervise and direct the Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in the implementation of treatment plans

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

Minnesota OT License (or license-eligible)
