Job summary

The Shores of Worthington in Worthington, MN is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join its interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility. You will provide OT services, assess residents, and help develop personalized treatment plans.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s in OT, be National Certification eligible/board, and hold or be eligible for a Minnesota OT license. This on-site role supports resident independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT.
• Current OT License (or is license-eligible) in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• To provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals
• To supervise and direct the Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in the implementation of treatment plans
