Job summary

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced in-house Occupational Therapist to join our SNF team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include delivering quality OT services, evaluating residents, and guiding OTAs in treatment plan implementation.

Requires a bachelor's degree in OT, successful passing of the NBCOT, and current Minnesota OT license or eligibility. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must have passed the National Certification examination for OT.
• Current Minnesota OT license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality occupational therapy services to residents per standards and productivity targets.
• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Supervise the Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in implementing treatment plans.

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation is recruiting an experienced In-House Part Time Occupational Therapist to join our SNF and become a part of our team!

Job responsibilities will include:

• To provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards

• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals

• To supervise and direct the Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the implementation of treatment plans

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Passage of National Certification examination for OT

• Current OT License (or is license-eligible) in Minnesota
