Job summary

Autumn Lake at Birch Manor in Sykesville, MD is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a hands-on rehabilitation team. This full-time role focuses on helping residents strengthen daily living skills and gain independence, under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Responsibilities include conducting treatments, helping with ADLs, documenting progress, and collaborating with nursing and therapy colleagues. A Maryland OTA license and OTA program graduate status are required.

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Birch Manor. This full-time position is a great opportunity to provide hands‑on therapy while helping residents strengthen everyday skills and work toward greater independence.

What You'll Do
