Job summary

Saber Health Group seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at Kempsville Health and Rehab in Virginia Beach, VA. The role focuses on returning residents to optimal function in a skilled nursing facility, guiding independence through education and an individualized exercise program.

Full-time opportunity with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, flexible pay options including On-Demand and Weekly Pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid OT license in the employed state.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software including EHR.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patient in maintaining function post-discharge through education and independent exercise.
• Support therapy goals in coordination with physicians and staff.

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.

• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Shifts & Wages:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available

• Shifts Needed: Varies

• Wage: $39.00 - $50.00 per hour

• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
