Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team in Hampton, VA. The primary aim is to restore independence and return residents to optimal function through evidence-based OT interventions and patient education.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $39–$50 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, daily or weekly pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current valid license to practice in the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software including EHR.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function in SNF setting.
• Educate patients on maintaining function post-discharge and home exercise plans.

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.

• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

• Wage: $39.00 - $50.00 per hour
