Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team and help residents regain independence. You will design and lead therapeutic activities, educate patients and families, and contribute to achieving rehab goals within a SNF setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in OT, an active state license, and solid computer skills to navigate electronic health records and therapy software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in OT from an accredited program.
• Current, valid OT license for the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use EHR and therapy software.

Responsibilities

• Restore patients to optimal function within a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in independent exercise and post-discharge maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians and the therapy team to meet goals.

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.

• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Shifts & Wages:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available

• Shifts Needed: Varies

• Wage: $39.00 - $50.00 per hour

• Sign On Bonus: $10,000
