Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in New York, NY is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our skilled rehab team. The OT will provide PRN or full-time coverage, evaluate geriatric patients, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, mobility, and independence.

Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 160-bed Skilled Nursing Facility hiring for both *Full-Time* & *Per Diem* Occupational Therapists, OT who will work closely with other rehabilitation staff and the interdisciplinary care team to help residents improve activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, and independence. For those benefit eligible we offer Aetna Health Insurance that begins the 1st of the month after hire!!!! Low employee contributions!

Per Diem Applicants MUST have SNF experience. For the Full-Time position both new graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply!

General Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) providing PRN (as-needed) rehabilitation services in the Facility.

• Flexible and responsive, providing high-quality care across variable schedules and patient acuity levels

Requirements

• Must possess a current license and registration to practice as a Occupational Therapist, OT in the State of NY.
• Must possess current malpractice insurance, license in good standing
