Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Statesboro, GA is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN opportunities available, working with interdisciplinary teams to design integrated treatment plans addressing ADLs, cognition and motor function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including ADLs and IADLs, upper extremity function, cognitive needs, and visual/perceptual skills.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to implement patient-centered home-based treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based approaches to improve functional outcomes in the patient's home and community.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in the Statesboro, GA, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking a plus
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
