Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in San Gabriel, CA and surrounding areas with PRN positions available.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities, addressing functional goals with an evidence-based approach for durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required; Master’s or certification preferred.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in San Gabriel, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
