Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Savannah, GA and surrounding areas. PRN positions available, with therapy-led teams creating integrated home-based treatment plans.

Therapists will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, focusing on upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adaptive equipment. Strong communication with families and professionals is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Dual licensure in GA and SC a plus
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is preferred

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in the Savannah, GA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Dual Certified in Georgia and South Carolina a plus
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
