Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in the Fayetteville, NC area. Positions are PRN, with a focus on delivering therapy in patients’ homes and communities and building integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualified candidates will hold a State license and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in the Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
